Terms of Service

1. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Use a real email so you can recover access. Keep your password private. You must be at least 13 to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, harass anyone, or violate any law.
• Attempt to access other users' data or break the Service.
• Resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service without written permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, threatening, or infringes someone else's rights.

3. SMS reminders

If you choose to receive reminders by text message, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages at the phone number you verified. Message frequency varies based on the requests you've scheduled. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any reminder to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Your content

The prayer requests, notes, and subject names you log belong to you. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending reminders, generating scripture pairings, and displaying shared links you've chosen to make public.

5. Subscriptions

Some features may be offered under a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you authorize our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you chose. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

6. Service changes

We may add, modify, or remove features. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes that reduce what you paid for.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, after reasonable notice except in emergencies.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that AI-suggested scripture pairings will be free of error. Check delivery expectations with your carrier for SMS.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of residence of the operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the effective date and notify active users. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
